Contact
Triops Galaxy offers Triops breeders a comprehensive knowledge base on Triops and Triops breeding on its blog, YouTube channel and TikTok. As we are still a small online shop with limited staff resources, direct support must be prioritised accordingly.
Below are two ways you can get support from Triops Galaxy:
1) Contact form or email
Are you already a customer and have a problem with an order? Did you not receive it or did it arrive damaged? We are happy to help you, just write to us and we will take care of it quickly. Please include your order number and your name. You are welcome to reply to the order confirmation email you received from us.
2) Blog comment function
Do you have general questions about breeding Triops or a specific problem with your Triops? Please use the search function to look for the solution yourself in the Triops Galaxy blog. If you cannot find a solution there, please post your specific question publicly in the blog. This will increase the likelihood that someone from the community will be able to help you.
Please understand that general, generic questions cannot be answered directly via the contact form or email, as this is very time-consuming.
Questions such as ‘My triops has been acting strangely since yesterday and is swimming on its back. What should I do?’ are often asked. Searching for an answer can take a good 15 minutes (although the person asking the question could have searched for the answer themselves online). Just four answers take up an hour a day, which adds up to 240 hours a year. The answer remains between the person asking the question and support and doesn’t help anyone else. By posting your question publicly, the solution remains public and helps the community.
3) No support via social media
You are welcome to ask topic-specific questions in the comments on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and other channels. However, if you are a customer and have a specific problem with your order, please do not use the PM function (private messages, direct messages) on social media channels, as no support is offered there. Please note point 1.
Thank you for your understanding!
