Terms of delivery

We ship parcels and packages with DHL and charge a flat shipping fee.

We ship lightweight products, such as Triops egg and sand mixtures, with DHL Goods Mail. A flat fee is charged for this.

We deliver to the European Union and Switzerland.

If the delivery is to a non-EU country (e.g. Switzerland), additional customs duties, taxes or fees may be payable by the customer, not to the supplier, but to the relevant customs or tax authorities there. Customers are advised to check the details with the customs or tax authorities before placing an order.
