There are currently isolated cases of duplicate order confirmations

Dear Triops friends!

At the moment it happens occasionally that the shop system generates orders twice or the internal mail programme sends several e-mails with order confirmations. 😬

Duplicate orders are cancelled by us and only the paid orders are sent. If there is a double booking via PayPal or credit card, the excess amount paid will be refunded immediately. 💶 👍
