Social Media: Triops Galaxy is now also on Threads

On 14 December 2023, the Meta Group launched the new social media app, Threads, in the EU. The new app was developed by the parent company of Facebook and Instagram and is a text-based social network. It enables and facilitates exchanges and conversations between users. Threads is designed as a microblogging platform, similar to X, formerly Twitter. Short text posts of up to 500 characters can be created, as well as photos, short videos and links. The new app can be seen as a mixture of X and Instagram, combining the functions of both platforms. As previously with Mastodon, I want to move with the times and publicise the topic of Triops and the breeding of prehistoric crustaceans. Triops Galaxy now also has an account on Threads.
